ECG's SUNDAY SERVICES SUSPENDED

Dear ECG family,

In light of the federal government’s latest restrictions brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending our usual Sunday morning meetings in the Currambine Community Hall.

We will be offering an online streaming service on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. We will be also be encouraging a time of family worship and will be providing material that you can use in your homes. We are looking at creative ways to keep our church family connected.

What can you do?

Pray. This is the most important thing you can do. Pray for the ongoing ministry of our church. Pray for our elders. Ask that the Lord would use this to call people to put their hope in Him.

Connect. We may not be able to meet as a big group right now, but you can and should still connect with each other in OTHER ways. Go through the Fellowship List and check on each other. Be practical. Meet each other’s needs. Call someone and read Scripture together and pray. Be creative! This is an opportunity for ministry.

Be involved in your community. Check on your neighbours. See if they need some groceries or something from the chemist.

Please stay tuned. We’ll communicate more soon. Not everyone is on Facebook, so pass this news around. We will also let people know via the prayer chain. We will also put updates on ecg.org.au. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact Max or Hon Sim.
